The Council of Europe in the scope of the Youth in Action Programme and in partnership with Armenian UN Association invites you to participate in the Art ‘N’ Act Youth Exchange Program that will take place in Sumy, Ukraine from 2 – 10 October 2012. 
Around 35 participants from Armenia, Georgia, Germany, Ukraine and Poland will be selected to take part in the Youth Exchange Programme, seven participants from each county. 
Art ‘N’ Act gives these young people the possibility to gain new experiences abroad, discover in comparison with others their own identity and to learn and practice social skills like intercultural understanding, various forms of communication and team work. 
The organization of the Festival of Cultures will give the opportunity for youth to express their identity, promote cultural diversity in the local community and involve young people to active participation in all phases of preparation of the festival. 
We want to encourage young people to discover and further develop their skills, not to become rich or famous but to enhance them to believe in their abilities and possibilities and to take part as self-confident active participants in a society. 
We expect to create an artistic performance at the end of the youth exchange which will be presented to the local community. The performance will reflect cultural diversity and involve dancing, music and theatre. It will be our joined creation inspired by your creativity and friendly atmosphere. 

Financial details: All staying costs and 70% of travel cost are covered. Participants are responsible for 30% for their travel cost to Sumy, Ukraine.
