This Call for Applications is part of the “Strengthening Evidence-Based Management of Labour Migration in Armenia” Project funded by EU. The Project is jointly implemented by International Center for Human Development (ICHD) and International Organization for Migration (IOM).

The focus of the training course is on the Development of the Quality Service Management (QSM) for the labour recruitment service providers as a key for business growth and global competitiveness, to empower Armenian Private Employment Agencies and Other Labour Recruitment Services.

The training course is based on:

• The introduction to the fundamentals of the QSM
• The QSM strategy development with the focus on Customer
• The discussion of the practices of the QSM

Besides the general introductory parts the QSM training is also designed to deliver the practical tools and strategies for the contribution to business growth. The training is discussing the best practices of the QSM strategies with Philippine case.

The successful trainees will obtain Certificates issued by the International Center for Human Development (ICHD).

The training will be held at the ICHD premises, 1st floor at the Ani Plaza Hotel at the following address: 19 Sayat Nova Ave., Yerevan 0001.
