Harvard Kennedy School’s Leadership for the 21st Century

The course Leadership for the 21st Century offers a personal, stimulating, and challenging curriculum that teaches you how to act courageously and skillfully when exercising leadership.

This course, being offered this winter, features a unique teaching approach which uses the group as a case. This allows for a diverse set of insights into the dynamics of leadership and authority. The curriculum will focus on:

  • Exercising leadership without authority
  • Analyzing and managing the dynamics that impede progress
  • Unlocking individual and group creativity
  • Translating purpose and commitment into effectiveness
  • Finding your voice
  • Thriving in a leadership role
